Privacy notice

Effective October 14, 2026. This notice covers the Ohaido early-access interest form. It is a draft for review before collecting live leads.

Information we collect

If you submit the form, we collect your name, email address, city/market, portfolio size, optional message, and consent record. We store a pseudonymous hash derived from your IP address for spam prevention, not the raw IP in our application database. Cloudflare may process technical access logs under its own policies.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your details to respond to your early-access request and discuss participation in a pilot, based on your request and consent. We do not sell your information or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Storage and providers

Information is stored in Cloudflare D1 and processed using Cloudflare Pages and Turnstile. The geographic location of processing depends on Cloudflare services and configurations.

Retention

We aim to delete inactive early-access inquiries within 12 months unless a relationship develops or retention is required by law. Operational deletion must be performed by an authorized administrator.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected]. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Applicable rights depend on your location and law.
