Get started with OHAIDO

Invitation-only staging. Keep your Booking.com and Airbnb accounts as the source of truth. OHAIDO does not send messages to guests or update either platform.

1. Sign in

1. Open your personal invitation link supplied by the OHAIDO pilot administrator.
2. Sign in through Cloudflare Access using the exact invited email and the one-time code.
3. Paste your personal invitation token, read and accept the pilot terms. Never share the token.
4. Open the staging workspace.

2. Add properties

Open Channel Hub → Bulk apartment onboarding. Export a UTF-8 .csv file with headers name,city,address. Preview and import. Do not upload an .xlsx workbook without converting to CSV. Import creates internal properties only.

3. Link Airbnb and Booking.com calendars

1. Sign in to the property's own Airbnb or Booking.com host/extranet account.
2. Locate that listing's private calendar export / iCal URL. A public listing URL is not a calendar feed.
3. In OHAIDO Channel Hub, select the correct property and provider, add the private HTTPS .ics export URL and an optional listing ID.
4. Repeat for each listing/provider. Check sync status and investigate stale or failed feeds.

Calendar exports may be delayed and may contain blocked dates instead of detailed guest bookings. OHAIDO cannot reliably infer guest identity or automatically mirror full reservations.

4. Daily operations

Use Overview for high-level counts; Calendar and Reservations for internal booking records; Cleaning for turnovers; Maintenance for issues; and Financials for booked amounts (not received payments or profit).

5. Guest communication

In Guest messages, save verified check-in/out times, parking, Wi-Fi instructions and house rules. Use drafts or the simulator for synthetic questions. Approval is internal only; send messages manually in the original platform after review. Never enter door codes, passwords or sensitive guest details into the simulator.

6. Global holidays

Use the Holidays page to view informational public holidays by country and year. Confirm important local dates against official authorities. Holiday data is not a demand or pricing forecast.

7. Pilot feedback and support

Report a problem to your named pilot administrator with the time, page, steps to reproduce and a screenshot with guest data redacted. Do not email private iCal URLs or guest information. If OHAIDO disagrees with an OTA calendar, use the OTA as the source of truth.

Limitations

No real-time OTA API integration, two-way synchronization, automatic guest messaging, payment collection, or autonomous pricing. Features are in private testing and may change.
